Warranty Claims and Repairs
All electronic items sold are eligible for warranty
1. Shipping to the repair centre is free. Return Shipping is free, if your issue is covered under the warranty.
2. Returns are accepted within a period of 10 days from the day of delivery given that the tags are intact and the packaging is in the original condition
3. Warranty period is mentioned either in the invoice or the product description.
4. Grace period of 7 days after the expiry of the warranty is applicable for all electronic items.
5. If the product is found to be faulty within 7 days of purchase, it will be eligible for immediate replacement provided that no misuse or tampering of the product is found.
6. Customer should bring in the product for warranty claims to one of Urban.lk outlets or courier it to us.
7. Upon inspection of the product, Urban.lk will decide if the defect is covered under the warranty conditions.
8. If the defect is covered under the warranty conditions, Urban.lk will repair/ replace the product free of charge.
9. Urban.lk requires 7-14 days to inspect and repair/replace the product. If the parts are not available, this time can be extended up to 1month.
10. If the defect is not covered under the warranty conditions but still reparable, customer can opt to get it repaired by urban.lk by paying the relevant repair charges.
11. If the repair process takes more than a month and the defect of the product is covered under the conditions of the warranty with no mishandling or damage done by the customer, it should be replaced with a new product.
12. After the product is repaired and the customer is notified, the product should be collected within a period of 1 month. (Storage period can be extended under special circumstances upon customer request)
Perfumes are non refundable or replaceable if it has not crossed its shelf life.
